Native American Apparel & Edzerza Gallery

I’ve been admiring Alano Edzerza’s native art silk-screened designs on urban apparel for some time now. Alano himself approached me regarding a collaboration and it turned out to be a great success. We photographed his ‘Native American Apparel’ sports and apparel line for 2013. What an honor it was to be able to participate in this project.

In recognition of my extended efforts, I was presented with a triptych print of landing eagles. Anyone who knows me is instantly made aware of my fascination and adoration of eagles – I included a copy of the prints at the bottom of this post. He does a LOT more than just silk-screened apparel… check out his stunning installations and other works of art: http://www.edzerzagallery.com. I can’t even begin to explain how meaningful that print is to me and I will cherish it for a lifetime! Not to mention the fact that I am now the proud owner of all those silk-screened shirts and sweaters I’ve been admiring for so long!

What a great session we had yesterday! – here’s a sneak peak…
